Email Command Center

All your accounts, one inbox. Every email pre-sorted before you read it.

Most owner-ops have three to five email accounts: info@, estimates@, sales@, personal@, the supplier portal. They live in separate Gmail tabs. Replies go from the wrong account. Threads break. Lead inquiries get buried under newsletters. Email Command Center pulls every account into one inbox, classifies every email into one of seven categories, auto-routes leads and replies to the right Hub record, and drafts your reply in your voice.

$99/mo flat · No per-seat pricing · 70%+ cheaper than Front Professional + AI Copilot at 4 seats

7

Categories. Every email pre-sorted.

Lead inquiry. Client reply. Vendor. Referral. Spam. Auto-reply. Other. Every email pre-classified before you open it. Lead inquiries auto-create Hub records. Client replies auto-link to existing jobs. Vendor emails route to your supply chain. Spam quietly archives. You only see the emails that actually need a decision.

Email is where most owner-op time goes that nobody talks about. The painter has info@, estimates@, and a personal Gmail. The landscaper has the same plus one for commercial accounts. The pool guy has a Yahoo from 2008 plus a newer Gmail his accountant set up. Each one gets opened, scanned, and replied-to several times a day. Replies go from the wrong account. The lead asking about a quote sits buried under three newsletters. The client following up gets the same response twice because the first reply went to a different inbox. The whole thing eats 30 to 60 minutes a day.

Email Command Center pulls every Gmail and Workspace account into one inbox, polled every 5 minutes. Every inbound email is classified by AI within seven minutes of arrival into one of seven categories. Lead inquiries auto-create new lead records in your Hub. Client replies match the sender to existing jobs and link to that customer's record. Vendor emails route to your supply-chain view. Spam archives silently. Then the AI drafts your reply — in the right voice for the right account — and the draft sits waiting when you open the email. One click sends; the reply goes via the correct Gmail account so the thread stays continuous on the customer's side. The customer never knows you have five inboxes. They just know you respond fast.

Front and Missive are shared-inbox tools built for support teams, priced per seat. Front Professional starts at $65/user/month, with AI drafts a $20/seat add-on. For an owner-op with two crew leads who need access, that's $260–340/month for the inbox alone. Email Command Center is built for trades — categories are trade-relevant, routing connects to Hub records, drafts are voice-trained on your past emails. And the price doesn't scale with team size: $99/month covers everyone at every account. At four seats, that's more than 70% cheaper than Front Professional with AI Copilot.

Email Command Center works standalone — aggregation, classification, and AI drafts all fire without other modules. Auto-routing benefits (lead inquiries auto-creating Hub records, client replies auto-linking to jobs) need Lead & Customer Hub ($99/mo). Without the Hub, you still get the unified inbox and AI drafts; you just convert classified leads manually. Add Estimating Engine ($149/mo) and a classified lead inquiry can prefill a new estimate in two clicks instead of seven.

Hi CJ,

My husband and I are looking for someone to repaint the interior of our home — about 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms. We were referred by Marcus Webb who you painted for last spring.

Could you give us a sense of pricing or come out to take a look? We're flexible on timing.

Thanks,
Sarah

Subject: Re: Quote for interior repaint

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out — Marcus is one of our favorite jobs from last year. Glad he sent you our way. I'd love to come out and walk through the space. I have Tuesday at 10am or Thursday at 2pm open this week. Would either work?

For an interior repaint at that square footage, pricing usually lands somewhere between $3,400 and $4,800 depending on prep and color choices, but a walkthrough lets me give you a real number.

Painting · LBV reference. Demo data — Sarah Johnson, Marcus Webb, the Patels, and 2847 Briarwood are fictional. Classification badges, AI-drafted reply, and signature selector are the actual mechanism — every inbound email gets this treatment within seven minutes of arrival.

Inside the module

Five tools, one inbox flow.

Multi-Account Aggregation

Pull every Gmail and Workspace account into one inbox. No per-seat pricing — your whole team sees every account. Each account keeps its own outbound identity: replying from estimates@ uses the estimates signature; replying from office@ uses your CJ signature. The customer never sees the unified view.

AI Classification

Every inbound email goes to AI within seven minutes and comes back classified into one of seven categories. The classifier is trained on owner-op patterns — it knows the difference between "I'm interested in a quote" and "Your shipment is on the way" and "Don't forget our networking meeting Friday."

Auto-Routing

Lead inquiries become new Hub records. Client replies match the sender to a job and append to the customer timeline. Vendor emails route to your supply-chain view. Referrals open a new lead form prefilled with the referrer. Spam archives silently. The bridge from email to your customer database.

Voice-Trained AI Drafts

When an email needs a reply, AI drafts in your voice — and the right voice for the account. Estimates@ uses a warm scheduling tone. Office@ uses a direct shop-owner tone. Each persona is configured during setup from 5–10 of your past emails. Drafts wait when you open the message.

Up to 4 personas. More via voice-training upgrade.

02

Email arrives, system polls

Every 5 minutes the system polls every connected account. New emails show in your unified inbox within 5 minutes of hitting Gmail.

AI classifies and routes

Within seven minutes total, every email is sorted into one of seven categories and (paired with Hub) auto-routed to the right customer record.

04

AI drafts your reply

For lead inquiries, client replies, vendor emails, and referrals, AI drafts in your voice using the right signature for the account. The draft sits waiting. One click sends.

By trade

Same flow, different inputs.

For painting, Email Command Center aggregates info@, estimates@, and CJ's personal Gmail. The classifier knows "looking for a quote on the interior" is a lead inquiry and "Re: 2847 Briarwood — final invoice" is a client reply. Vendor emails from the paint supplier route to the supply-chain view. Volume runs ~80–150 emails/day across three accounts. Triage time drops from ~45 min/day to ~10 min/day after deployment.

Connections

Plays nice with.

Aerys modules · the Hub is required for auto-routing

Email Command Center gets richer with every Aerys module you add. Auto-routing requires the Hub. The other relationships are additive.

Lead & Customer Hub $99/mo Required Required for auto-routing. Lead inquiries auto-create Hub records. Client replies match the sender to existing jobs. Vendor emails route to your supply-chain view.

Estimating Engine $149/mo When an email is classified as a lead inquiry, the contact info auto-prefills a new estimate in two clicks. The email body becomes scope notes for the estimator.

24/7 Text Responder $149/mo The same classifier extends to inbound texts. Texts get sorted into the same seven categories and route the same way.

Review Manager $99/mo Review request emails sent through ECC log to the Hub timeline. Customer responses are pre-classified and routed.

Follow-Up Automation $99/mo When a lead inquiry comes in but you don't reply within 24 hours, Follow-Up Automation queues a follow-up sequence.

Operator AI from $50/mo Answers questions about email volume, response rates, and historical patterns ("how many lead inquiries did we get last March?").

Common questions

FAQ.

No, but auto-routing does. Standalone, you get the unified inbox, AI classification, and voice-trained drafts. With the Hub paired, lead inquiries auto-create new Hub records, client replies auto-link to existing jobs, and vendor emails route to supply chain. Most operators run both — together they're $99 + $99 = $198/mo, which is still cheaper than Front Professional alone for a single user.
Unlimited. Connect every Gmail and Google Workspace account you have via one-time OAuth per account. The price stays $99/mo no matter how many accounts or how many team members. Most operators run 3–5 accounts; we've seen shops connect 8+. No throttling, no rate limits beyond Gmail's own API quotas (which we manage transparently).
On the roadmap for Q3–Q4 2026. Not currently supported. Microsoft Graph API integration is the build, and we want it as solid as the Gmail one before shipping. Free upgrade for existing $99 customers when it lands. Tell us during onboarding if you need it — we use that signal to prioritize the schedule.
95%+ after voice training. Out of the box (before voice training) it's around 88–90%. Low-confidence emails get flagged for your review with a yellow indicator instead of being routed automatically. As you confirm or correct classifications during the first weeks, accuracy climbs. Most operators reach steady-state 95–97% within month one.
The seven defaults cover most owner-op email. If you need trade-specific buckets — "permit office," "insurance carrier," "subcontractor" — custom categories are available as a $1,500 one-time add-on covering up to 5 additional categories with their own training data. The seven defaults can't be removed (they're the universal owner-op categories), but custom ones layer on top.
During setup, we feed the AI 5–10 past emails per signature persona (estimates, office, owner, coordinator). It learns your tone, opener, sign-off, vocabulary, and the level of detail you typically include. You can tune each persona later — adjust formality, length, or sign-off variations. Custom voice training (30+ past emails per persona) is a $1,500 upgrade for tighter fit.
Works fine. The system picks up the reply within 5 minutes via polling, threads it correctly, and logs it to the Hub timeline. You just don't get the AI draft suggestion for that reply — which is fine for quick acknowledgments. The classification still applies to the original email so the Hub linking works as intended.
Encrypted at rest in our US-based AWS infrastructure. OAuth tokens stored separately from email content. We never share email data with third parties; we don't train external AI models on your email. Classification and drafting happen in our own pipeline. SOC 2 Type II in progress. DPA available on request — most owner-ops never need one but we have it for shops with commercial-account compliance requirements.

Stop opening four inboxes. Open one.

Add Email Command Center to your cart and book a call. We'll review your existing accounts, set up OAuth, configure signature personas, train the classifier on your trade, deploy in 7–10 days, and have every email pre-sorted before you read it by month end.
