What we collect
When you interact with our website, sign up for an account, or contact us, we may collect:
- Information you give us directly — your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, and notes about what you need.
- Information about how you use our site — pages visited, links clicked, time spent. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this.
- Payment information when you subscribe — collected and stored by Stripe (we don't see or store your card number).
- Communication content — emails you send us and messages exchanged with our AI advisor.
How we use your information
- To deliver the services you signed up for.
- To communicate with you about your account, deployment, billing, and service updates.
- To improve our software and understand what's working.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS, we may text you about your account, deployment status, and service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run our business:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — website hosting
- Anthropic — the AI model behind our advisor (your messages may be processed by Anthropic to generate responses)
- Google Analytics + Microsoft Clarity — anonymized usage analytics
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email cj@aeryssoftware.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific data rights (CCPA, GDPR), those rights apply and we honor them.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — analytics from Google and Clarity, and session cookies for your cart in the build page. No advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll email customers directly.
