Product / Scheduling & dispatch
Put crews on days and move them
An accepted repaint has to turn into painters standing at an address on a specific morning. That is the job scheduling actually does, and it has to survive rain, a callback and a customer who moved the date.
Production schedule
The whole month, which is how you actually plan
A job running three days shows on all three. The dot is how hard the date is — urgent, priority, flexible, or filler work you slot into a gap.

The estimate already wrote most of this
- Work items, per serviceGenerated from what was actually scoped — services you did not sell produce nothing
- Your standard practicesThe things your company always does on this service, added without typing them
- Site accessGate code, lockbox, parking, and what not to touch
- Priority itemsThe one or two things that will come back on you if they are missed
Then it is dispatched, and the crew see it in their own language. You type it once.
Jobs
The same work as a list, when a calendar is the wrong shape
Crews onto jobs, jobs onto days
Assign a crew, place the job on the calendar, and split it across however many days it takes. A repaint that runs long does not need to be re-entered.
Move things without losing them
Weather, a delayed start, a customer rescheduling. Move the day and everything attached to it moves — including what the crew sees in their app.
The crew sees their own schedule
Your painters open the crew app and see the jobs they are on and the dates coming up. No group text, no printed sheet, no asking you where they are tomorrow.
Change orders in the right place
Extra work attaches to the job, gets priced from the catalog, and goes out for approval — so the schedule, the scope and the invoice stay in agreement.
Questions
Can one job span several days and crews?
Yes. A job can be scheduled across multiple days with different crews on different days.
Do crews get notified when something moves?
Their app reflects the change, so what they see is always the current schedule rather than a copy of an old one.
