Show them the house in the color
A number on a page asks the customer to imagine the result. A picture of their own house in the color does not. It is the single easiest way to turn a maybe into a signature.
AI Mockup
A photo of the property, and what you would do to it
Those pickers existed once and were removed: a fixed list of “Body, Siding, Trim, Shutters” is somebody else’s vocabulary, not yours. Your sentence is the instruction.
Before and after
The same elevation, their colors on it
Drawn, not generated — a diagram of what the surface does. The image provider connects to your own account, and until it is connected the tool says so and charges nothing.
Send to estimate
The mockup becomes part of the document
- Attach to an existing estimateAny estimate still open enough to add to

Their property, not a stock photo
Work from a photo taken on site. The mockup is of the actual building the customer is deciding about, which is the only version that persuades anyone.
Attached to the estimate
The mockup travels with the quote, so the thing that sells the job and the thing that prices it arrive together rather than in two separate emails.
Iterate while you are standing there
Try the other color. Indecision is where jobs go to die, and the fastest way through it is to show both.
Questions
Do I need a design program?
No. It runs inside the estimate, from a photo.
Is it included in my plan?
Yes — mockups run on the credit allocation that comes with your plan.
