Crew members are not charged as users. A painting company with six painters pays for the office seats, not the field.
What you set up before you start
Access is by application, and the onboarding is deliberately not instant. Two things have to be real before the system is worth anything to you:
Card payments connected
Aerys collects customer payments through Stripe, under your own account. That is how the accept-and-pay flow works at all, and it is set up during onboarding.
Your catalog loaded
Your services, materials and production rates. We start you from a painting pack and then tune it to your numbers — the estimates are only as good as the rates behind them.
Pricing questions
Do you charge per user?
Office seats are included in the plan and crew members are not charged as users. Crew reach the crew app from a link rather than an account.
Is there a setup or integration fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no integration tier and no per-module pricing.
What is the Elite tier?
A custom arrangement for companies running multiple crews or offices, with a volume credit allocation and onboarding run with you. It is priced per company, so we quote it in a conversation rather than publish a number.
What are credits?
Credits meter the AI work the system does for you — drafting estimates, reading plan sheets, generating mockups, writing follow-ups. Each plan includes a monthly allocation and most companies never think about it.
Can I try it free?
The Starter tier is free for a single user and real jobs. It is still by application, because onboarding includes connecting payments and loading your rates.
