Estimates built on your own production rates
A repaint is not a line item and a number. It is 9 different surfaces, each with its own production rate, sold by square foot or linear foot. Aerys carries that structure, so the estimate you hand over is the one you can actually produce at a profit.

Your catalog, not a blank line
Your services, materials and production rates live in one catalog. Pick walls, trim, doors, ceilings and the price comes from your numbers — sheens, prep, coats carried on the service where they belong, not typed into a notes field and forgotten.
Priced by the metric the work is sold in
Per square foot, per linear foot, per door, per room. The same job can carry different metrics on different services, because that is how the work is actually quoted.
AI drafts, you correct
Describe the job or hand over the measurements and it drafts the lines against your own catalog. Correcting a draft is a different job from building an estimate from nothing, and it is the difference between ten minutes and ninety.
It goes out ready to be accepted
The quote carries the accept link and the invoice behind it. The customer approves it themselves, and accepting hands them straight to the payment page — you do not write an invoice, chase a signature, or send a second email.
Change orders stay attached
Extra work gets added to the job it belongs to, repriced from the same catalog, and sent for the same one-click approval. The job's total stays true instead of living in a text thread.
Questions
Can I estimate on site from my phone?
Yes. The estimate builder is built to be used in the driveway, and the quote can be sent before you leave.
Does it use my rates or generic ones?
Yours. We start you from a trade pack during onboarding and then tune every production rate to your own numbers.
Can I still edit everything by hand?
Every line, price and quantity is editable. The AI draft is a starting point, never a locked result.
