There's no automatic price feed.
They are, and that's fine. You set up each crew's hourly rate once during deployment. Estimating Engine applies the right rate based on which crew you assign to the job. No spreadsheet juggling.
No. The AI drafts the customer email and shows pricing data (when paired with Lead & Customer Hub). Your estimator confirms everything before sending. If your estimator wants to override the AI's draft or pricing call, they can. The AI is the assistant, not the decision-maker.
We capture your voice during deployment by reading 5 to 10 of your past customer emails — the ones that closed deals. The AI then drafts new customer emails in that same tone and shape. You always review before sending. If the draft isn't right, edit it. Over time, the AI learns from your edits and gets sharper.
Yes. We migrate from JobNimbus, Markate, custom spreadsheets, or PDF archives during onboarding. Add the Migrate add-on in your cart ($497 one-time) and we handle it during deployment week.
