Operator AI

Your AI operator. Trained on your business. Available everywhere.

Operator AI is a chat interface that knows your CRM and takes action across it. Pause a sequence, draft a follow-up, schedule a job, run a report, look up a customer — all by typing or texting. Plus browser tools for things outside the system: permits, competitor research, Google reviews. Plus SMS so you can run the business from a job site. Replaces the $4–6k/month virtual assistant most owner-ops can't justify, starting at $50/month and scaling with the modules you integrate.

From $50/mo · Pro tier · 6-hour onboarding · Anthropic + Twilio included

$4–6k/mo

of VA work, replaced.

A virtual assistant trained on your business takes 3–6 months to ramp, costs $4–6k/month, and turns over every 18–24 months. Operator AI ramps in your onboarding session, starts at $50/mo (scaling $15/mo per integrated module), and never quits. It doesn't replace the human judgment calls — it replaces the routine operations work eating your evenings.

Every owner-op who scales eventually becomes the bottleneck. The work has scaled but the operations haven't — you're still the one pausing the sequence, running the report, drafting the follow-up, scheduling the job, looking up the customer. You know you should hire a VA. $4–6k/mo for someone who'll need 3 months to learn your business, then probably leave in 18. You don't, because the math doesn't pencil. So you stay the bottleneck.

Operator AI is a chat interface in your CRM with 50+ tools wired into every module — pause sequences, draft customer responses, schedule jobs, generate reports, look up customer history, send invoices. Anything you'd hand to an operator. Ask via chat from the desk, or text it from the truck and get the same brain over SMS. Beyond the CRM, it has browser tools — "look up the Cedarbrook Lane permit" or "check what reviews Cypress Run has on Google." High-stakes actions confirm before firing. Everything is logged. The result: a 24/7 ops assistant that knows your business, never quits, and costs less than a junior hire.

Generic AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude.ai) don't know your customers, can't take actions in your systems, and forget every conversation. Most CRMs have "AI features" that are autocomplete in a text field — useful for a 30% productivity bump on tasks you were already doing, but not an operator. Operator AI is the operator: it runs the routine work end-to-end.

Operator AI works standalone — its 50+ tools include built-in note-taking, drafting, and reasoning that don't need other modules. It gets dramatically stronger with every Aerys module you add. With Lead & Customer Hub, it knows your customers and pipeline. With Estimating Engine, it drafts quotes from your pricebook. With Follow-Up Automation, it can pause and resume sequences. With Cold Email System, it can review and approve variants. Every module is a tool surface. The more you've got, the more you can delegate.

By trade

Same brain, different tools.

It's CJ's actual workflow. He texts "what's the status on the Pinecrest job" from a different jobsite, and Operator AI replies in seconds with current phase, which painter is on it, expected completion, and any flagged issues — without CJ opening the laptop or interrupting the crew. Browser tools handle the things that used to require pulling over: permit lookups, supplier price checks, county records. Operator mode for everything customer-facing; Auto mode for lookups and reports.

Aerys modules · every one is a tool surface

Operator AI gets dramatically stronger with every Aerys module you add. Each module ships with its own tool surface — when you add a new one, Operator AI gains the new tools automatically.

Lead & Customer Hub $99/mo Recommended Customer + pipeline context. Tools to look up records, search the pipeline, update lead/job state. Strongly recommended pairing.

Estimating Engine $149/mo Quote-generation tools. "Draft an estimate for Pinecrest interior, 1,840 sq ft" pulls from your pricebook.

Follow-Up Automation $99/mo Sequence control. Pause, resume, draft and approve sequence touches without leaving the chat.

Review Manager $99/mo Review monitoring. "What new reviews came in this week" and "draft a reply to the 3-star" both work.

Cold Email System $179/mo Variant review and approval. "Show me the cold-email variants awaiting approval" pulls them inline.

Production Scheduler $179/mo Schedule queries and changes. "What's Devin's Tuesday look like" or "push the Cypress Run job to Friday."

Intelligence Dashboards $99/mo Report generation. "Send me a weekly briefing" or "what's our close rate this quarter."

Email Command Center $99/mo Inbox triage. "What needs a reply" pulls overdue threads; drafts go through approval gates.

Pricing

From $50/month. Setup included.

$50/month base. Each Aerys module you integrate adds $15/mo (capped at +$150/mo) — so the more of your stack Operator AI can reach, the more it can do. No per-message or per-tool pricing. Setup is a 6-hour onboarding session: Operator AI learns your voice from your sent emails, your workflows from your existing CRM data, and your customer types from past jobs. Tools wired to whatever Aerys modules you have. Operator vs Auto defaults set per tool. Anthropic + Twilio credentials provisioned during setup.

Billing starts when SMS goes live

Operator AI uses SMS as one of its surfaces (text from a job site), which requires Twilio carrier approval (typically 1–3 weeks for small businesses). When you add Operator AI to your cart, your card is not charged for it at checkout. The subscription starts on the day your SMS goes live, not before. You pay for what you can use.

Common questions

FAQ.

ChatGPT and Claude.ai are conversation interfaces. They don't know your customers, can't take actions in your systems, and forget every conversation when you close the tab. Operator AI is built into your CRM, has 50+ tools wired into your business data, takes actions across modules (send estimates, schedule jobs, draft replies), and remembers context across days. The brain is the same Claude model, but everything around it is your business.
Take actions. Send an estimate, schedule a job, draft a customer reply, look up a property's square footage, pull a permit status from the county, run a weekly briefing, mark an invoice paid, pause a follow-up sequence, generate a cold-email campaign — all callable from chat or SMS. The 50+ tools cover your entire CRM. It's an operator, not autocomplete.
High-stakes actions confirm before firing — sending estimates, creating orders, completing jobs, locking schedules, running data-fix batches. You see the plan first; you tap approve; only then does it execute. Read-only actions fire immediately. Data-fix tools never delete; only add or update empty fields. Configurable per tool — switch between Operator mode (confirm) and Auto mode (fire) based on your comfort level.
Three layers of safety. (1) High-stakes actions need approval before firing — most mistakes get caught at the dry-run. (2) Every action is logged with timestamp and what changed. (3) Data-fix tools are non-destructive by design. We don't promise rollback for one-way actions (an SMS sent can't be unsent), but the approval gates prevent most issues from ever firing.
For some actions, yes. Anything that updated a record (job status, customer fields, estimate scope) is reversible — point at the audit log entry and ask Operator AI to revert. For one-way actions (sent emails, sent SMS, calendar invites delivered to customers), there's no rollback because the message has left your system. The approval gate on Operator mode is the safety net for one-way actions.
It learns from corrections. When you say "draft this differently" or "use this format," that pattern carries forward. It doesn't auto-fine-tune the underlying Claude model (we don't retrain LLMs per-customer), but it stores your preferences, voice patterns, and common workflows in a memory layer that influences every prompt. The longer you use it, the more it sounds like you.
You text a dedicated Twilio number that's yours during onboarding. Operator AI runs in the background — your phone doesn't need any app open. The same conversation persists between SMS and the browser chat, so you can start a thread on the truck and finish it at the desk. SMS charges pass through at Twilio's rates (a few cents per message). Two-way messaging only.
Yes. Every Aerys module ships with its own tool surface. Add Estimating Engine, gain quote-generation tools. Add Cold Email System, gain variant-review tools. The tool registry updates automatically when you go live with a new module. No re-training, no manual wiring. Your stack grows, your toolset grows, your delegation surface grows.

You don't have to be the operator anymore.

Add Operator AI to your cart and book a call. We'll review your existing operations, train Operator AI on your business in a 6-hour onboarding, configure tools against your installed Aerys modules, and within 7–10 days you'll be delegating routine ops via chat or SMS.
